Sol Poente is a beautiful family villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a large pool (5,0mx12,5m) with jetstream and a trampoline. The property is situated on a plot of over 1.600m2. The house has been completely renovated in 2022 and here you can enjoy the Portuguese sun and relax on one of the sun beds on the large terrace. The house also offers plenty of shade for the warmer days and there is an outside dining area. The villa is located only 1 km from the beach and the centre.

A spacious rooftop area features a large dining table surrounded by comfortable seating. A protective shade covers the space, offering a view of the sea and surrounding landscape. The setting is designed for outdoor dining and relaxation.
