The cabin has 2 downstairs bedrooms one with a king bed and the other a queen. Upstairs in the loft is a full and two twin beds. The cabin is equipped with high speed WiFi, fire TV downstairs and a TV in the loft for gaming. The cabin offers All Natural USDA Beef for guest to purchase and have during stay. Simply Sailing-A Cottage In The Trees

Simply Sailing is a quaint one bedroom, one bath cottage that sleeps four, located at Barren River Lake. The home has everything you need for your stay. Basic cooking utensils, a charcoal grill, TV with DVD player with movies and board games are there for the perfect family vacation. We have recently added a smart TV to the bedroom. We do welcome "small" family pets ($75 non-refundable fee) "Free Wi-Fi" We also have a cabin next door that sleeps 4 for larger groups called, Fishy Business.

The loft features everything you need to stay at the farm and relax: high end, furnished kitchen to cook meals in & fiber optic internet to work or stream. Adirondack chairs and a propane fire pit make for wonderful stargazing.

A one of a kind farmstead experience, stay in a newly constructed barn on our 350 acre dairy farm. The Mattingly farm is home to Kenny's Cheese, farmstead cheese made right here on our farm and you have a unique opportunity to stay in the heart of the action, in our brand new apartments directly above the dairy barn. We work full time and run the farm.
