Despite the quiet location, you have a very good connection to the B29 and are only a 10-minute walk from the train station.

The very well equipped apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible via a staircase with separate entrance. The sunny 3 room apartment has 85 square meters, a balcony with a magnificent view of the Rosenstein. Ideal for business people, fitters or small families, the apartment is conveniently located near the B29. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

A brand new, modern, high quality and lovingly furnished apartment awaits you, which will make your stay a highlight. South facing, located on the quiet edge of the village and meadow, with wonderful panoramic views from sunrise to sunset. With balcony and separate toilet. For the 5th and 6th person, the third bedroom "Dachstüble" can be booked extra for each of €15 per P./N. It is accessible by the stairs in the interior.

Our vacation home is about 55 square meters with up to 5 sleeping places. Max. 2 parking spaces Adjacent to the stable/paddock. Open living area with living room, TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Board games for a cozy game night are provided. Towels and linens are provided. It is about 1.5 km to the local outdoor pool.

Welcome to our lovingly designed and carefully renovated in-law. The approximately 45 sqm apartment has a separate entrance and is ideal for business or short vacationers due to its central location. Business travelers will appreciate the close proximity to local businesses such as CARL ZEISS, HENSOLDT or LEITZ. A reserved parking space is available in the adjacent parking lot.

Welcome to the heart of Oberkochen! The bright, modern furnished 1-room apartment is excellent for business travelers or a private short stay in the Ostalb. It offers the full comfort of a hotel room in a private apartment building. Shopping facilities as well as the local companies are within walking distance. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.

Wonderful views of the Kochertal with morning sun in the bedroom ☀️ and mists. The apartment is not accessible. It is located in the basement and can be reached via the staircase of the apartment building.
