The apartment is on the 1st floor of a lovingly renovated house with a garden, near the city limits of Basel. It lies 9 minutes by tram from the SBB train station and right across from the idyllic recreation area Grün 80. The apartment is flooded with light and airy. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a living room with a sofa, a workspace and a chill corner, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom faces the garden, the other one towards the street.

Wonderful old building apartment

The beautiful old building apartment has a lot of charm, is quiet and yet super well connected; direct tram lines to the exhibition area, to the main train station and to the airport. On foot you are in 10 minutes in the city center, has a large idyllic park around the corner. Especially in the warm seasons, the private courtyard is the perfect place to relax, work or even eat comfortably. The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa. The kitchen and bathroom are modern.

The loft is almost continuously sunny. The trade fair, Art Basel, center, Rhine promenade, restaurants, cafés, shops, market and supermarkets are nearby. Both train stations are directly on our bus line. The airport is 30 minutes or 10 minutes away. The terrace leads to the huge green quiet courtyard. The interaction in the house is pleasant and cordial. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher and granite surfaces. The Casper bed has a premium mattress.

Also included in the price is the "BaselCard", with which public transport is free and museums/zoos are 50% off.

Quiet Bruderholz district with direct tram connection: the tram station is a 5-minute walk away, where there are two cafés and small shops. Downtown can be reached in 17 minutes. Suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults with a child from 12 years of age. Garden use and parking by arrangement.

The Charm of Old Dornach Head in the Clouds

Under the roof, spacious, bright, quiet and independent space on the second floor of a house with character. Two large Velux windows offer stunning views of the Vosges. The rental includes the main room, an adjoining bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a mezzanine with 2 mattresses placed on tatami mats. The restoration was carried out with eco-friendly materials... and with a lot of care and love! You have access to the garden at your leisure!

Alte Färberei Entire place

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

Quietly located but sufficiently central in the Markgräflerland at the foot of the Black Forest. 2 minutes to nature, the bus stop or a shopping facility; 5 minutes to Müllheim. The border triangle offers a wide range of activities related to nature (Black Forest, vineyards, Rhine plain, ...), culture (wine, theater, museums,...), cuisine and sights of all three countries.

Beautiful one room apartment with fantastic views of Rheinfelden at the foot of the Dinkelberg. A large outdoor seating area in the garden with sun loungers and covered dining area invites you to linger. Bed linen and towels are provided. WiFi is freely available. There is free parking right in front of the apartment.

Bijou residence in a farmersgarden

Our small house (built in 2012, awarded the Baden-Württemberg state prize for exemplary construction) is located in an old farmhouse garden in a quiet village. The furnishings are simple so that you can truly enjoy the beauty of the house and garden. We have therefore deliberately chosen not to include a television.
