Stylish appartment close to the city centre. Most important public transport to the train station, airport and Art Basel right next door. City centre 15 minutes walking distance. Very light appartment due to the huge windows. Located in a small street next to a park. Extremely comfortable and big bed (200x220cm). Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (hair dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel). Shared rooftop terrace with lounge furniture (no one but me ever uses it).

The studio is located directly at the Spalentor to the city center. The house is 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. Also in walking distance you can reach the stop of the airport bus and the direct bus to the train station SBB (3 stops). For car drivers we can provide a garage box 10 francs (night) The cozy, quiet and high quality guest studio (40m2) is located in the basement of a newly built apartment house.

4MIN FROM City-CENTER, right in the heart of Basel. The TRAMWAY station is IN FRONT of the home and there are several SUPER MARKETS in walking distance as well as a super beautiful park. You will enjoy from a simple flat in a QUIET AREA. I am a commercial photographer and this is my townhouse.
