Die gemütliche Wohnung mit Doppelbett, Sofa und Schreibtisch liegt mitten im Messegebiet in einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Von hier aus sind es nur fünf Gehminuten bis zur Messe Basel, zum Musical Theater, oder zum Badischen Bahnhof. Die Buslinie 30 in die Innenstadt hält gleich um die Ecke. Unseren Gästen stehen zusätzlich ein Apple Computer, ein grosses TV-Gerät mit Netflix, eine Playstation 4 und superschnelles WiFi zur Verfügung. Keine Küche, kein Balkon und kein Wasserkocher vorhanden.

Küche: Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner. 2. Stock, Fahrstuhl, ruhige Lage, Aussicht in Grünanlage mit hohen Bäumen, Balkon, ruhige Nachbarn. Optimale Anbindung ÖV. Kein Fernsehanschluss. Rauchen nicht erlaubt. Für Hausstaub-Allergiker geeignet (Keine Teppiche/Vorhänge). Babybett, Hochstuhl und etwas Spielzeug vorhanden.

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.

Zentral gelegenes und ruhiges Gästestudio

The studio is located directly at the Spalentor to the city center. The house is 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. Also in walking distance you can reach the stop of the airport bus and the direct bus to the train station SBB (3 stops). For car drivers we can provide a garage box 10 francs (night) The cozy, quiet and high quality guest studio (40m2) is located in the basement of a newly built apartment house.
