Ap. Toš is situated on the high first floor of a renovated traditional house, located in the heart of a coastal village and is furnished in moderen style. Ap.consists of living room with kitchen, bedroom, sleeping gallery and bathroom and is suitable for families, 2-6 people. Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. Apartment 1 is located in the city center in the pedestrian zone. The location is quiet and pleasant for vacation. It has a beautiful view of the sea, the harbor, the Velebit massif and the island of Prvić. The apartment is comfortably and modernly furnished and fully equipped. It has two bedrooms , a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with a seating area. The sea and the beach are approx. 2 minutes from the apartment.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

If you appreciate history, this 16th century house is a real experience for you. This charming apartment with lots of character is situated in walking zone, in the heart of Baška, so you can feel the real rhythm of life in this small village (including some street noise during the peak of the tourist season). Beach is just 30 m away, as well as restaurants, coffee shops and harbor. Despite the fact that the apartment is in the pedestrian zone, free parking for our guests is also very close.
