The Little House on La Pude

Situated next to an 18th Century mill house and stream, on the Dordogne/Charente border in beautiful countryside. Fantastic base to explore. Enjoy a tranquil escape, only a short drive from local attractions and outdoor activities. The little house has rooms over three levels, with a generous balcony, private patio and use of the large garden. The garden is enclosed to one side and the river flows through on the other side. The river can be accessed for paddling. NB - Strictly no Contractors.

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.
