The house from 1913 is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic seaside resort Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is 200m to the beach, so you can already smell the sea and hear the seagulls at breakfast on the terrace. The apartment has NO TV and an open bathroom without a door. If you don't like it, don't book it;-)

We deliberately left the old room structure, but modernized the infrastructure and let light into the apartment. It is now bright and there are wonderful views of the beautifully landscaped garden. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
