Monthly Rentals in Battle Ground

This was such a cute little place although the walls were pretty thin and I could hear the neighbors next-door really didn’t make much of a difference. I still enjoyed my stay and I would most definitely book again. I really have no complaints other than the fact that there is no “hang out area “ so I wouldn’t recommend booking if you want to sit around with family and watch TV because the only TV available is in the bedroom which was no problem for me because I was the only one staying. They also have a cute little couch in the front area for younger kids to sleep on otherwise I had no issues and it was a great place.

Cory and his wife were very kind and personable. We appreciated being able to have our dog’s and them being welcome as well. That is HUGE for us as they go everywhere with us. That had plenty of space for our babies to wonder around and be able to stretch their legs too. Thanks for a great week!!!

This is a great spot! It's on a quiet road near some corn fields and subdivisions. The house is very nice and cozy, with very comfortable beds and sofas, and personal touches that make it easy to feel right at home. The kitchen is well-stocked and has everything you need to cook every meal in the house if you choose, along with a coffee maker and air fryer. The washer and dryer work well. The garage is a really nice perk and meant that I was able to move the car out of a hail storm and also to park it overnight when we got snow and ice. It took me less than 10 minutes to get to my destination on the Purdue campus, and groceries and other amenities are not far away.

This is by far the best airbnb I have ever stayed at or seen. The house felt like home and was immaculate. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful, but close to Purdue. The owner, Cedric, was absolutely wonderful--friendly, helpful, concerned that I was well taken care of. By the time I left, I felt like I had made a new friend. When I arrived, there was a cake waiting for me in the fridge, made by Cedric's two beautiful daughters, to welcome me to the house. I live about ten minutes away and needed an airbnb for five weeks for me and my cat while my home was being rewired and a new kitchen installed. Honestly, I would have been happy to stay at Cedric's airbnb forever. That's how comfortable and happy I was there. I recommend this airbnb enthusiastically, and if you are not from the area and visiting Purdue, it is a treasure. A beautiful house, a wonderful owner, a friendly and peaceful neighborhood, and close to everything. You could not ask for more. Thanks Cedric and God bless.
