Enjoy your quiet 40 m² ground-floor apartment just 200 m from the outdoor swimming pool. Parking on the premises. Everything you need for everyday life is available in the village. The apartment is an ideal starting point at any time of year for cycling, mountain biking, skiing and hiking tours, as well as excursions to Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, the Salzkammergut or the surrounding region. There is a storage room, for example, for e-bikes or Skis are available. A cot and high chair for little guests are also provided.

The thermal baths can be reached in just 4 minutes, and the city centre in about 7 minutes. If you arrive before check-in or after check-out, you can leave your luggage with us in the protected cellar at your own risk.

The house is in the center of Großgmain opposite the spa park. Bus connections in all directions are 2 minutes from the house. It is about 15 km to the city center of Salzburg, 8 km to Salzburg Airport, 18 km to Berchtesgaden, 3 km to Bad Reichenhall.

You rent the entire second floor (90 m²) plus a balcony (6 m²). The bright, light-flooded apartment is newly adapted and impresses with modern or old art (originals). In most rooms there is 60-year-old, revitalized parquet; as well as in the bathroom. The spacious apartment can also be booked by two couples (or a group), as there is a second toilet and the bathroom has two entrances and is lockable. Please be careful with the parquet floors in the bathroom! :=)
