Very quiet street, but a few steps from the tram (Paul Doumer station) and all amenities. The building is a small classic stone building; the apartment, on the garden side, has large windows. Everything is designed for your comfort: bedroom with queen size bed, air conditioning, flat screen, Wi-Fi, electric shutters. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Relax as a couple, with friends, or family at this chic home with exposed stones. Private access to our Relaxation area with Jacuzzi and sauna (bookable, optional, before your arrival). All amenities are close to the accommodation and doable on foot ( Carrefour contact, tobacco press, bakery, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, Bar-restaurants...) We look forward to welcoming you. Please note that the relaxation area is not included in the price.

Do you dream of authenticity and are you sensitive to art? You will love the exceptional location of my apartment: the windows to the east and west allow you to see the sunrise AND sunset over the city and, the rest of the time, it is bathed in light. The beautiful Girondine is happy to host you in its adjoining gîte (40 m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, its wine activities, located only 1.5 km from the center of Saint-Émilion and provides parking and bicycle shelter. Franco-British, Jany and her daughter Felicia will be happy to welcome you and advise you on the tourist sites to visit. We offer a classic or continental breakfast included in the nightly rate.
