The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

NEW ADDITION/RENO COMPLETED FOR 2023 SEASON. 1st floor unit of BAYFRONT duplex with amazing views & location on quiet street but you can still walk to the center of Beach Haven. Enjoy stunning views & breezes from the daybed & dining table on private deck. Hop in the bay for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding & the beach is a short 3 blocks. Crab and fish off the bulkhead, relax in the hammock and enjoy evenings roasting marshmallows around the fire pit with the sounds of the bay.

Bright and airy upper level beach condo unit that is ONLY 0.1 mile to the sand in Beach Haven Crest! A well-desired area of LBI that is central to everything the island has to offer. Being just a few steps from the beach WITHOUT the need to crossover Long Beach Blvd is a dream. Take advantage of staying close to home this summer and stay with us for your perfect family/group getaway. For larger groups (max 12), inquire about booking the whole house and we may be able to accommodate you!

The Lighthouse - private lock and key room in my home on the third floor with private entrance. Private bath with rain shower. Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels.
