Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

Bright studio steps from beach! No stairs!

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

The swimming pool area is surrounded by palm trees, providing a tropical ambiance. Lounge chairs are arranged beside the water, and a lawn area is visible in the background. A scenic view of the sea and nearby docks can be seen beyond the pool.

Modern flat on front line of the sea in Los Cristianos. Very private, with great Sea Views, close to all local amenities. English & Spanish bars and restaurants, Iceland & Hiperdino Supermarkets within 50 metres from the front door. Perfect place to kick back and relax, terrace to eat and drink overlooking the sea. English & Spanish television, and high speed wifi. Spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Queen bed, and plenty of storage in the bedroom. Swimming Pool area completed in 2014.

Large wardrobe, king-size bed of 150x190, sofa, table 80/110x70 , TV led and WI-FI. Wonderful terrace double sea view: on the right Las Americas sea view and on the left Los Cristianos sea view!
