Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

Bright studio steps from beach! No stairs!

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

A comfortable living area features a cozy sofa adorned with decorative pillows. A wall-mounted Smart TV is equipped with streaming services. A balcony is visible through large glass doors, framing views of the outdoors. Natural light brightens the space, enhancing its welcoming environment.

Our home is in Andorra residence, in the heart of Las Americas, steps away from the golden mile - 2 min to Hard Rock Cafe, Safari center with shops and restaurants. It is also easy to reach Los Cristianos walking, just 6-7 min to Playa de las Vistas or 10 min minutes to San Telmo area known for the abundance of nice restaurants. Needless to say close to shops, restaurants and bars. It is newly renovated (2021), has one bedroom and only 5 minutes walking from lovely Playa del Camison .

New studio in front of Las Vistas beach just two steps from the beach and the Golden Mile of Playa de las Americas ( about 30meters). Completely renovated with modern kitchen fully equipped, TV, unlimited WI-FI , bed of 150x190, sofa-bed of 140x190. Wonderful sunny terrace and beautiful pools. All the facilities as bar, restaurants, supermarke... are at only 30/200 . Reception 24h and tennis. Suitable for adults. Not suitable for kids. Very good location for unforgettable holidays!

The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.

Beautiful modern house! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one WC, very big terrace with private heated pool and gardens, magnificent views to the ocean. It is situated just in 7 min walking from the famous Siam Park and a new shopping center Siam Mall. The heating of the swimming pool is 150 euros per a week. We have outdoor camera for security. we´re responsible for ensuring that our listing is safe and compliant with safety regulations.
