It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. There is a local bus stop in front of the house.

Our studio-apartment is situated in the center of the city, just 4-6 min walking to the beach and old town. It's about 30m2 plus large terrace. It has sea and entire city view.
