Holiday rentals with beach access in Bečići

It was a great place to stay in the bay of Kotor. It is close to lots of good locations and very convenient as we had a car. The location is beautiful and close to the sea with shops and restaurants close by. The property itself was very modern and clean and comfortable to stay there.

Second time staying at the property, great location and host. Interior and furnishing is on the simpler side but why sit at home if the sea is a few hundred metres from you.

Absolutely wonderful home. A short walk to Kotor, literally right on the bay. Spacious, wonderful shower, bed and living area (best shower we had in Europe). The hosts made us so comfortable. Always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable and beyond kind. We were greeted and taken care of by Marina’s parents and can honestly say they were the nicest and most open people we have ever met. We were sad to leave. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor, look no further. You won’t find a better home in all of Montenegro. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! We will miss you!

My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was perfect in every way. The apartment was clean, large and had everything we needed. It was also located in central Tivat which meant we could walk to all of the local restaurants. We visited the cable cars, Kotor and the national park. The buses were not the easiest to figure out but there are taxis available. I would highly recommend this apartment. Maja was very quick to respond to messages and sent us recommendations of places to eat which was useful. Thank you for a lovely holiday 😊

Pržno is a small and clean tourist resort. The apartman is clean and very nice, everything worked except for hot water, which sometimes didn't go. Delightful views, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. Milena is very kind, she was available to us every day. In August, the beaches were crowded, sun loungers on the beach 30€ / day, there is nothing but restaurants and groceries in Pržne. The bus to Budva runs every 15min. Walking 5 minutes from Przno you can reach great and better beaches all the way to Sv. Štefan 20 min walk with very nice sidewalks in the shade. We went to these beaches 2 times a day as well. In my opinion, the stay is suitable for those who want to take advantage of the sea, for families with children, to relax. We were with children and grandparents alike, we are happy.

Great value for the price! + amazing views from the terrace + friendly and welcoming family who live on the ground floor (can provide you with a meal upon request - we enjoyed their home-made food) + clear instructions on finding the place + equipped for cooking a simple meal + grocery store IDEA quite close * keep in mind car is a must in this area

Nenad is such a lovely host. The studio flat is spotless, conveniently located and very peaceful, very nice view from the balcony. Nenad's recommendations for places to eat were spot on and he also helped us with the airport transfers. We had a very interesting conversation about the history of Montenegro too :)

We stayed in this great apartment for 14 days. The sea is great, and you can just jump in at any time. The neighbors are mostly locals and vacation there with their families. All very nice and relaxed. Loving kids! Filip was always available for us and his mom is a sweetheart. She brought vegetables, crabs from the sea to see and always asked if she can do anything for us. We will be happy to come back at any time. Thank you for everything!

What a beautiful place to spend a weeks holiday - views are absolutely fantastic. its a great base to explore what the rest of the area has to offer. The house is a perfect size for two people and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

Our time in Risan was fantastic! Risan is at a great spot in the bay of Kotor. Not too crowded, but well situated to visit the must-go-to places. The Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and nothing more, don't expect a TV or anything too fancy. It was perfect for us, we spent a great family time. Just outside there is a great private terrace directly at the water with ample space to sit, spend time and have a swim. There where 2 kayaks free to use, which we took advantage of (went to the island with the church on, called our lady on the rock). A near mussels farm was great to have really fresh sea food and fish, other restaurants/shops nearby. Marko was a fantastic host, who made us feel welcome from minute 1 on. He and his father gave us all the inside tips and information we needed. Thanks for that if you are reading this Marko! We very much recommend this great place in Risan! This will certainly not have been the last time we where in Montenegro.

It is very close to Kotor Old Town, neighborhood is quite and safe. Parking space is covered our needs. Place was very clean and everything we need is provided by Nancy. Nancy’s son is so much helped us for our travel. We would like to thank them from here!

A big 5 stars rating for this beautiful flat in this dreaming swimming spot! Everything was perfect and Bodin welcomed us very warmly.

Our vacation in this house was just fine! Everything was in accordance with the description and photos. The house retains the historic style of the house, yet everything inside is quite modern. The balcony truly has a great view and it was wonderful both morning and evening. People often took pictures of us having breakfast on the balcony, further proving the cool location and atmosphere of the house! The private parking lot at the house was a great advantage. Plus there is a small area in front of the house where you can sunbathe after swimming. The only disadvantages are the large number of cars that constantly drive right in front of the windows and the noise from which sometimes disturbs. In addition, in my opinion, the house allows to accommodate more guests, which would more justify the price. Despite this I highly recommend this house to all travelers, especially if you want to feel the real spirit of Montenegro.

Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was in a perfect location, peaceful, beautiful, with a lovely promenade that led straight to the center of Kotor. It was a very pleasant walk that I enjoyed every day. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and we had a great chat. What made my stay even more special was the presence of their adorable cats – especially the charming Miss Serafina, who kept me company and completely stole my hearts. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything I could possibly need. I truly didn’t want to leave and are already dreaming of coming back. We've been here 5 years ago. The waterfront location is overwhelmingly beautiful. You do need a car to get around. The home is split into two separate units. So you share the location with other tenants. We didn't mind. We only met nice people. I hope to be back again!

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect, offering both convenience and beautiful views. The space was clean and functional, making it feel even more comfortable. The host Djordje, was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. This apartment was perfect for our needs — plenty of space, beautiful view, and immediate access to the sea. Its location made for easy access to nearby Kotor and Perast. Ilija was a gracious host and very responsive throughout the stay. We really appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond, even accommodating a last minute change to our plans. We hope to visit again soon!

This apartment is a very cozy place to stay in a good location, walking distance to the center of Tivat, and close to the beach. It was spotless clean and had everything necessary inside. The bed was comfortable, too. The host is very helpful, and speaks good English. Definitely recommend It for the nice stay in Tivat.

Very nice place, 100% as described, the host takes great care of customers, answers to messages and questions about various express issues at different times of the day, and the transportation you can order at good prices and instantly to different places. I highly recommend a nice time in beautiful Montenegro.

This was a fantastic apartment, with stunning views. We felt right at home! It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest access to the Bay of Kotor (small beach), with a beautiful promenade to walk along to reach old town. It will take around 40 minutes to leisurely walk to Kotor Old Town. There are steep hills to get to the apartment so I would recommend having a mode of transport or using the local taxis (which are great). Slobodan was a wonderful host, very responsive and great at giving local suggestions!
