The house was super cute. This was the first place we've stayed in that had a really nice, well stocked coffee bar. They had everything that we needed to make the stay very nice. AND the best part was you don't really have to do anything when you checkout. I've never understood why you need to strip the beds, do all the dishes, take out the trash, and so on when you usually pay over $100 cleaning fee. Rebecca didn't have any instructions for checking out. She said the maid service would take care of everything. THAT IS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!! Thank you!

This place was amazing. House on a hill with vistas 360. Ezekiel could not have been more thoughtful when preparing the house. Completely stacked kitchen and not with cheap stuff- it was all high quality. Beds, furniture bathrooms were expertly done. My family had a wonderful time and getting to know Ezekiel was blessing to us. Wonderful host who truly cares. Pro tip- you are out there- bring what you need. Nothing is close and its totally worth it.

We are thrilled we stumbled across this little house when we decided last minute to spend the weekend prior to our daughter’s nearby bike race. Rachel & Nate were so helpful with quick communication, flexibility on check-in, clear instructions, and loads of helpful tips for our stay. We tried several of the restaurants they recommended, and they were all phenomenal. We especially loved the Cathedral Cafe! The house itself is an absolute joy! The detail put into the wizard theme is awe worthy. We loved the SWEET little kitchen complete with candy bar, the cozy ambiance of the twinkle lights, and the very quiet and peaceful yard. We are already plotting another visit to the area, hoping to check out their Game House next door! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great time bringing our dogs to April's place on our trip to Lewisburg. She was very helpful and responsive leading up to and during our stay. I would absolutely recommend her place to future friends/guests!

A house could not be more enchanting! If you can book here, do it... it is good for the soul to relax in a charming and historic home. Beds are comfy. Everywhere you look there is something thoughtful and delightful to enjoy. Everything you need to cook as well... best experience ever!

We stayed for 3 nights. Good base to explore the area and see our daughter at UC. Property is very spacious, comfortable with all facilities you need for a short or longer stay. No complaints. Would recommend.

Great place for an adventuring base camp. We were out exploring most of the time and the location was perfect for that. Clean and comfortable to get rested up and ready for the next day. Host was great and had clear instructions.

Hokies Haven was great! It was exactly what we had hoped for. The newer townhome was clean with plenty of room both on the first floor living area as well as in the bedrooms. The additional space downstairs is a plus too. Kelly is a friendly, responsive host always willing to fill you in or answer your questions. Being so close to VT, as well as it being dog friendly, were definitely two additional features that made this place so special!

Erin's home was perfect for our trip to New River Gorge National Park. The location, within walking distance to downtown Fayetteville was perfect. There were stores and restaurants nearby and the entrance to the National Park was a short 5 minute drive. The home was exactly as described and shown in photos, with all the amenities we needed. We particularly appreciated the amount of space, pool and hot tub as well as the fully fenced in backyard because we were travelling with our dog. As a host Erin was incredibly responsive, provided helpful information about the house and area. We could not recommend her house enough, it was fantastic for our needs and trip and hope to stay again in the future.

Brooke was quick to respond, easy check in . We booked last minute with no issues. Sam the property manager was great with suggestions for places to visit. This cabin is warm and cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend staying here.

First impressions: clean and well kept. Thanksgiving with family worked out well thanks to the tidy house with plenty of kitchen stuff to make our meals. Central heat kept us warm and the working fireplace was great to hang out around. We didn't go out and about due to snow. There is only one bathroom but we made it work for us.

Home was very nice and clean, Had a beautiful deck & A Spacious layout so you werent on top of eachother. If you are looking to ride Outlaw trails, this home is in a good location. We did trailer to ivy branch trail head and to rock house trail head HFM. If you are looking to ride buffalo, devils anse, rockhouse its about 55 minutes truck ride to their trail head. This was our first time. Host was very nice & super responsive. The listing stated 2 queen size beds & 2 twin size beds upon arrival there was 1 queen bed & 4 twin beds. Beds were all super comfy & so was the furniture in the home. Would book this house again if we wanted to do out law trails.

As advertised. Easy and great communication. Had everything that was needed for our family of 4 and pup. Towels were nice and not thin. The beds were extremely comfortable and sheets were soft & clean. We are Hokies so we loved all the Hokie decor. We will definitely be staying again.

Perfect family setting! beautiful home! Amazing amenities and a porch meant for sitting! The yard is nicely cleaned and fenced in so little ones and Dogs are safe while enjoying the great outdoors! There's even a Poo Station! The home is well appointed with all of the things that you need for your stay! Nice big couch, recliner, bar stools for the extremely nice kitchen, and a butcher block table to die for! The appliances are up to date, plenty of refrigerator space, and a full range with oven and over the top microwave with a true pass through exhaust fan! The mattresses are medium to firm, and comfortable as they get! Parking is abundant and super convenient to the side deck for loading and unloading! The place is a Hidden Treasure in Southern West Virginia!!!!

We stayed at Lisa's place for a baby shower in the area and it was a very nice, cozy space. The beds were very comfortable and the area is very walkable. Lisa sent a very detailed message explaining exactly how to get to the apartment, where to park, and how to do the self check-in! I will be sure to see if her place is available the next time I'm in town for anything 💜

House was in a perfect location for the job I was working at. It is very close to the river. The house has a good kitchen, comfortable beds, and just worked out perfectly for my needs.

We loved our stay at Ruth’s place! We had everything we needed for our stay to visit our Hokie. Ruth includes so many special touches to make her guests feel at home. She is very friendly and accommodating. The views are lovely and location is perfect for visiting VT. We come to town at least twice a year, and we hope to book Ruth’s place again. We have stayed in several Airbnb locations in Blacksburg, and this one is by far our favorite.

Kitchen well supplied -- an Easter feast, no problem! Wished for an ironing board for the Easter outfit but no one, including me, noticed wrinkles. Loved playing pingpong and horseshoes in the giant backyard and close to *so* many great hikes. Wished for more area rugs to stretch on post hike but get that dog friendly and rugs don't always go together. Loved being across the road from houses with an airstrip behind them. Really fun hanging on the front porch and seeing a little plane take off. Recommend!

Cabin was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as pictured. We had some hot tub issues, but the host was very responsive, communicated well, and went out of her way to handle the issue immediately. Plus, it's the perfect location! Would definitely stay again!

Wow what an amazing experience! Cheryl was a great, responsive host, the place was charming and rustic, the land was stunning, and the space heated up quickly. This felt similar to camping but warmer with a comfier sleeping arrangement. Would definitely go back!

Chris went above and beyond to accommodate an extremely difficult time in my families life. He was flexible with our check in time and allowed us to extend our stay. We had many people coming and going due to our specific circumstances and there was tons of space for all of our family and friends to visit us during the day and then plenty of space for us to sleep inside. I would recommend Chris to anyone. He was beyond helpful and understanding. Thanks for everything.

I stayed here with my partner and dog and it was a lovely stay for a month! Walkable to a local restaurant and to the grocery store. Beautiful views of the mountains covered in snow. Dawn was very nice and helpful during our stay! It was very cozy and perfect for anyone working from home. Internet was very fast. Peaceful and quite. Would stay again and recommend for anyone visiting West Virginia :)
