Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June–August), our sunken pool (heated by solar energy – so the water temperature depends on the number of hours of sunshine) can also be used in the garden.

Shops, bakery, organic food store, pharmacy, restaurants, cycle paths and woods are close by. Very close to the Bergstraße with castles, vineyards, and wine villages.

From the round balcony (2 sides) you can enjoy a view of the unobstructed nature. Families with children, peace seekers, sports enthusiasts, couples, groups, pets - all are welcome. My cosy house has 4 bedrooms, a garage and underfloor heating.

The Mediterranean market square with its many restaurants is only a minute away. You can reach Heidelberg or Mannheim in 20 minutes by car. Weinheim is located on the Burgensteig. We love dogs! My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
