Spacious detached villa with swimming pool set in 2 hectares of private grounds with stunning views across the valley. Totally private with two very large terraces, plus decked area around the pool, BBQ and swings for the children. Just a 15 minute walk to our village which has a little park running alongside the river gapeau, a cafe, a restaurant, a butchers and a small supermarket. Easy access to beaches and the towns of Hyeres and Toulon within 25 kms.

Small slice of heaven with private garden and pool

Beautiful small 53 square meter villa, with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and open kitchen. Enjoy the heavenly view of the garden, the 25-square-meter private terrace with pergola and shade sail, and the song of cicadas, birds and sometimes the pond frog! The house is independent of the Mas, not overlooked. Petanque court, ample parking. New layout by an interior designer. Tranquility and serenity assured :)
