Surrounded by Provençal hills, this 75 m² cottage is dressed in stone and has a generous terrace on the perimeter opening onto an unobstructed landscape overlooking the village. A private pool, with a waterfall cascading from a "restanque" allows you to cool off. Compliant with disability regulations, this cottage and its surroundings are fully accessible. Cabin in a green setting, a 5-minute walk from the beach. You can do some very nice hiking there. It has a swimming pool and an independent and private garden. It is close to all amenities (2 km from the city center). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from tourist places. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).
