Lovers of nature, Welcome! This modern and at the same time Provencal house of 106 m2, is located in the famous Var heights. It is very sunny and especially without vis-à-vis for lovers of discretion. Pool and superb panoramic view facing the prestigious forest of Les Morières, 20 minutes from Hyères and its Porquerolles islands, 15 minutes from the magnificent Var beaches, 40 minutes from St Tropez. Villa Les Lauriers in the country side of Provence

Nice 2400sf Provencal house surrounded by a 60000sf field with an heated swimming pool and a barbecue space. House in the country side, no neighboors and not overlooked. However, the house is closed to the village (5’ by car), where you’ll find bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, restaurants.... The house is 30 minutes away from Hyeres Les Palmiers (beaches and port) and the ferry to go to Porquerolles Island (elected most beautiful beach in Europe a few years ago).

Spacious detached villa with swimming pool set in 2 hectares of private grounds with stunning views across the valley. Totally private with two very large terraces, plus decked area around the pool, BBQ and swings for the children. Just a 15 minute walk to our village which has a little park running alongside the river gapeau, a cafe, a restaurant, a butchers and a small supermarket. Easy access to beaches and the towns of Hyeres and Toulon within 25 kms.
