I would like to invite you to take advantage of the offer of my comfortable 4-person apartment (with the possibility of a 5th place) located in the town of Belvedere Marittimo. The apartment is located in a gated estate, with access to a shared swimming pool and parking. The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the free, sandy beach. The apartment is located on the first line of buildings from the sea on the hill, and to the nearest beach is a 5-minute walk up the stairs. (return road takes longer). The picturesque beach "Baia Del Carpino" is a 15-minute walk away. The city of Scalea is 2km away and the main beach can be reached by a free bus that runs in July and August. The apartment has air conditioning located in the living room and master bedroom, and a kitchenette equipped with new household appliances and TV.

The "Primula" three-room apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette and sofa bed.
