Charming house - Single-storey Landes house. Fenced garden 3 bedrooms - 2 beds of 140 and in the 3rd bedroom 2 single beds of 90 that can be put together to make a king size bed. Located close to all amenities and 8 minutes from the first beach of Capbreton in the middle of the fields of Benesse-Maremne. Here you will find calm, freshness but also the proximity of the ocean and its superb waves.
