In de wandel omgeving vindt u pittoreske Spaanse dorpen en het Guadalest stuwmeer. Stranden op 25 min afstand. Het zwembad van Guadalest is geopend in de zomer. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

La casa. La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. Este carácter tan singular se aprecia en cada detalle que te rodea y en cada rincón de la casa.
