Hi, my flat is very cozy you will feel at home ! The beach is just 2 minutes walk also the village with many restaurants and bars is just 10 minutes walk. There is a supermarket just also 1 minute away walking. If you like hiking the mountains are really closed too. Perfect for a couple with kids or 3 adults. 50 meters sqm. Also there is a really nice terrace with a beautiful garden with pine trees view. We even have red squirrels !About the price we can arrange something that works for both

Welcome to our sunny and beautiful Spanish home, a spacious 3 bedroom apartment located in the best area of Benicasim, near the Voramar , less than 5 minutes walk to the awarded Almadraba beach ( Blue Flag) and only 2 minutes walk to Benicasim town center. Benicasim is the most amazing family friendly resort in the county, but also has got a vibrant and busy nightlife. It has over 9 km of sandy beaches, stunning green cycling path ('via verde'), astonishing villas walk by the seafront.

Excellent beach location, close to village

Excellent beach location and walk to village. Great for FIB, Rototom and San San Festival. Our apartment has direct access to the Torreón beach and promenade, it’s an 8 minute walk to the lively town centre of Benicasim and it’s a 3 minute walk to the supermarket, chemist and sports centre (polideportivo). Enjoy the large beach facing balcony where you can relax and unwind in this peaceful location. Air conditioned and 1GB Fibre WiFi. Next to nature’s swimming pool, the Mediterranean!

3 bedroom apartment, but with the sole use of a double room and exclusive use of a bathroom (the other 2 are closed). Great thermal and sound insulation of the house with A/C and heating. Filtered tap water in the kitchen for drinking. The house is located 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Bus 2 minutes to get to the train station and the University. Large garden area. Beautiful apartment with ocean views, pool and garage.

Comfortable and equipped apartment, very close to the beach, well connected for having bus stops and good access to the main highways. Family building, which has a swimming pool, parking space and a cafeteria-bakery just outside the door. The barrio has pizzeria, bares-restaurantes, paddlesurf school and a horse riding 10min walking. A few minutes by car: aeroclub, golf club, supermarkets, port, pharmacy, spa, karts and water park (summer).

Apartment in Benicassim, Botavara area. Spectacular views of both the beach and the mountains. Located on the seventh floor. Thanks to Benicassim's climate and proximity to the sea, it is a great place to visit, featuring a mild climate in winter and cool in summer. The apartment has an excellent location, with a local bus stop below the house and a bus to Madrid a 2-minute walk away. Beach access 30 seconds away with lots of restaurants.
