Holiday rentals with beach access in Benicàssim

Excellent stay, clear instructions to arrive and leave, clean and well-equipped accommodation, super pleasant terrace, quiet environment in this season, everything was perfect for us.

We had a wonderful stay! Helen was excellent – super friendly, responsive at all times, and communication was smooth and simple from the start. We especially appreciated the clear instructions and help provided before our arrival, including the PDF explanation document, that was a great touch! The apartment itself was amazing – very clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the terrace was absolutely beautiful. Since we visited outside the high season, the whole area was calm and peaceful, which made it the perfect getaway to escape from everyday stress. Everything is within walking distance, although you should be prepared for a bit of a walk. That said, renting a car could be a good option, especially if you want to explore more of the stunning nature nearby. Highly recommended – would definitely stay again!

One of the nicest apartments we ever stayed in Spain. Really nice location, close to the sea, supermarkets, farmacy. It was also really clean, sunny and bright. It had everything you might need, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Alina and Claudia were great hosts responsive and helpful. We had a perfect stay overall, definitely recommend 👍

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed. We were welcomed by Rob, and Rob and Teresa went out of their way to enable us early entry. The flat is beyond spotless, everything was extremely comfortable and homey so tastefully done. The fridge was stocked with butter, water, milk, just very thoughtful, there is coffee and shower gel washing machine liquid, the list is endless and quite honestly the best stocked apartment I have ever stayed in. There is a full sized bathroom and kitchen with a lovely living space with the bed positioned off the living room. There is plenty of storage and hangers 😂. The position of the flat on Las Fuentes beach - promenade is perfect you can hear the waves crashing on the beach at night and the flat is in a beautiful peaceful gated community. Do NOT hesitate to book this apartment we stayed for a week and I could have stayed longer. I will definitely return.

The apartment is very nice and the location is perfect. It's about a 40-minute walk to the city. Supermarkets are about 8 minutes by car. You can be on the beach in 30 seconds. Maria was very accommodating. We were even allowed in the apartment much earlier on the first day. Thanks - we'll be back

The house was very good and the host was very nice neighbors. The only but, to go to the center, it takes a long walk and then it costs to park so you have to be careful with the bus. But it is a stay that if we go back to Peñíscola we will repeat.

The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them has been excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

We just had a dreamy week with the family in Carlos and Cristina's beautiful home! We liked everything: first of all the very protected and privileged place of the Playetas, the quiet and residential area a few minutes from the beach, the lovely garden neat by professionals, the very nice decoration and impeccable cleanliness of the house, the comfort of modern bedding and bathrooms and the large terrace ideal for aperitifs, dinners and lively games! When we left, we were lucky enough to meet our hosts, absolutely charming, warm and welcoming people, whom we thank and highly recommend.

David’s place was lovely! Right at the heart of the old town but still quiet. The apartment has all the charm you would expect from the period. It was a perfect location and we would stay again!

We were very well in the apartment, a few meters from supermarkets, bars and shops. As a suggestion we would say that it would not be too much if a hose was possible to cool off and remove the land when you arrive from the beach. But otherwise highly recommended

We spent a few days here in March and it was great. As it was off season, there was barely anyone there and we had the beach basically to ourselves which was great for our dogs and children to run around. The place is exactly as described and clean and comfortable with a lovely, little private garden in addition to the shared outside space. Fernanda welcomed us and showed us around.

We had a wonderful time at Monica's house. The house is highly recommended for groups, well-distributed rooms (each with its own air conditioning). The bathrooms are also very comfortable and modern. The kitchen comes with everything you need and they have a small table on the terrace ideal for an outdoor meal. The place is a 10 and so was the communication with Monica who always responded quickly and left us all the clear instructions. We will definitely be back and recommend it.

What a nice house to stay in. It is big, comfortable and was super clean. It matches the photos and the description and so met our expectations. We had a nice week with our family. The house is in a quiet area. The only thing we were sorry about is that there is only one restaurant within walking distance.

Our stay with Maria was amazing! First we got stranded with our bags and she came to our rescue and picked us up! She had breakfast foods and juice available for us when we arrived! She helped us with our luggage and gave us clear instructions on how to use things around the air bnb. Then near the end of our stay the spain power outage happened and she was amazing helping us get a taxi all the way to Madrid to catch our flight. Just an amazing experience overall.

I had a fantastic stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was perfect – close to beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

Our stay in Lidia's apartment was great. The enclosure where it is located is very quiet and the pool is great (you can be in it until twelve at night). Lidia has been a very good host and promptly resolves any questions you may have. To put a pero, missing utensils in the kitchen. It's a topic that other users have commented on. But in general it is a very recommended stay to rest but close to the beach and the town center.

We had a great Easter in Elisa's apartment. The location can't be better, in front of the beach and close to everything to be able to enjoy the beach in Peñiscola. Elisa has been on the lookout and made us great recommendations. We'll be back for sure

Very good stay thanks to Juan and his wife. Everything was as expected in the listing. The location is ideal a stone's throw from the beach, you can easily reach Valencia or Castellon for outings and there is everything you need in Moncofa for small shopping, restaurant, market etc. Do not hesitate to rent it you will not be disappointed.

All perfect! Marius is very kind and flexible with everything. No rush and always answered quickly. The great place you have the beach next door and the apartment is great to spend a few days. I would repeat without hesitation
