Villa holiday rentals in Benidorm

Gorgeous boutique villa. We really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings were peaceful and the villa, gardens and pool were lovely. We hope to return again soon!

we absolutely loved it. it's a fantastic place to go with a bigger group of people. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is amazing. the view is breathtaking. We had a wonderful time. Gilles is super friendly and very quick to reply the same for the tram that did the check in. Can highly recommend.

La casa superó nuestras expectativas: acogedora, limpia, con una decoración preciosa y todo lo necesario para disfrutar. El entorno es ideal para desconectar y el jardín con barbacoa y piscina fue un plus. El anfitrión muy atento. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

Robert war ein fantastischer Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderschön, noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Auffällig war, dass die Einrichtung sehr durchdacht ist. Immer wenn wir was brauchten, fanden wir es an der richtigen Stelle vor. Vor Ort war Jennifer immer für uns da. Insgesamt hat sich die ganze Familie im Haus super wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Danke Robert.

The house is located in a perfect spot with amazing views! The rooms are big with comfortable beds and nice decorations. The master bedroom on the top floor is more like a studio than a room. The kitchen was fully equipped and a pleasure to use. We visited in December/January so we could not enjoy the sun on the terrazzo but it was easy to imagine how wonderful it would have been during the summer season.

A lovely villa for our holiday. Location was perfect, close enough (driving) to get to Calpe town but quiet location and private pool. A lovely touch when we arrived with some sparkly and nibbles and a notepad the children enjoyed drawing and planning their holiday in :) Would love to return again in the future. Hemos pasado unos días muy felices con toda mi familia en la casa de Mane. La propiedad es muy cómoda y bien pensada para pasar una estancia perfecta. Todos los electrodomésticos, las camas , la ropa de cama, la cocina y los utensilios de la cocina, son de buena calidad . la piscina es de buen tamaño y esta súper cuidada. En la casa hay mucha tranquilidad y la vista del bosque es muy relajante. La casa tiene tres dormitorios amplios en una planta. Dos de ellos no tienen aire acondicionado solo ventiladores. Nosotros no hemos pasado calor pero en el anuncio esta circunstancia no se ve clara y creo que hay que especificarlo porque en verano Jávea es muy calurosa. El dormitorio principal si tiene aire acondicionado y un baño en suit. Por otro lado, el jardín es amplio pero está mucho menos cuidado de lo que se ve en el anuncio de la casa. Pese a estos detalles , recomendaría la casa de Mane para pasar unas estupendas vacilones

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

We had an incredible stay at Thomas´s beautiful house in Calpe! Perfect for our group of 11, the home is spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool area is fantastic, with stunning views that made our mornings and evenings unforgettable. The outdoor dining area was perfect for evening meals, The location is ideal—close enough to the beach and town (10 minutes drive), yet wonderfully peaceful. The hosts were responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend!

Casa limpia, comoda y bien equipada. Comunicacion muy facil desde el principio.

Our group arrived in two small groups. we were met at the property and a pinned map was available for taxis. Kevin was amazing at sorting our taxi requirements throughout our easter stay

Wij bleven met ons gezin van 5 in deze prachtige villa. Het huis heeft een zeer fijne buitenruimte waar je heerlijk kan zitten, ontbijten, dineren en relaxen. De communicatie met avanoa is erg gemakkelijk en fijn! De woonkamer in het huis is ruim met een ruime keuken waar je eigenlijk alles hebt wat je nodig hebt. De slaapkamers zijn wat kleiner. In de ‘master bedroom’ met eigen badkamer is het bed niet heel groot als je er met z’n tweeën wilt slapen. De rest van de slaapkamers in het huis hebben 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Dan heb je nog een aparte ruimte beneden het huis met eigen voordeur. Deze slaapkamer is erg ruim maar slaap je dus wel apart van de rest. Je hebt geen eigen parkeerplek. Je kan de auto parkeren in de straat ernaast, wel een smalle straat. Overall, erg mooie plek waar je verliefd wordt op het uitzicht. We hebben genoten.

Villa très agréable et fonctionnelle, grande piscine privative avec plusieurs coins détente et repas, joli jardin dans un quartier calme proche du golf. Villa bien climatisée appréciable surtout en ces fortes chaleurs. Hôte très réactif. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa avec sa piscine qui est bien grande. La maison était propre et grande pour une famille avec les enfants, point positif pour la télé qui dispose de netflix et d’autres appli idéal pour les enfants. Beaucoup d’endroits à visiter dans les environs proposé par Agatha, très belle région 🙂. Je recommande l’endroit.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Wir waren mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern da und es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Uns haben vor allem der große Außenbereich und der große Pool gefallen. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig. Man kann zu Fuß zu mehreren Supermärkten und Restaurants gehen und ist mit dem Auto schnell in Alicante, Santa Pola und Elche.

We had a fantastic stay at Kelly's villa. Two families each with young children, the added touches of games/toys and pool floats already available when you arrive really helped you settle in quickly! It is very well equipped, with the additional thought of a welcome basket giving you some essentials before you can reach a supermarket which is less than 10 mins walk away. Sun on the pool all day (which is already lovely and warm) an added bonus. Kelly is always on hand before and during your stay and replies extremely quickly to any queries. Thanks for a great stay!

A lovely little villa, as described with a new patio area that extends up to the pool. Very comfortable, private and peaceful, with everything we needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach/town (downhill on the way there but uphill on the way back!) You would benefit from having a car to get around and visit other places as there's lots to do in the area. Moraira itself is very nice, with many restaurants and bars. We visited with two small children and Playa de l'Ampolla beach is great for kids with a stream, rockpools and shallow sea for swimming. Choice of shops for groceries just a short drive away. Shae was a great host. We'd love to come back!

We returned from Lisa & Daniels beautiful villa last week. Had an amazing stay, its so quiet & peaceful. The villa is stunning with everything to create a real home from home. Would definatley recommend to anyone to stay here & i am already looking into booking again for next year! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

la maison est vraiment très jolie, très bien équipée et très propre. proche des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage de Javea. walter a été très réactif, très sympathique et très efficace. je recommande vivement

la casa de Mairi es una excelente opción para visitar Jávea. Reune todas las características que debería tener una casa de vacaciones y por tanto ideal para disfrutar de cada momento de la estancia. La casa y la finca son mejores que lo que las fotos muestran...piscina y entorno maravilloso, las vistas, amplio espacio para aparcar en la finca 2-3 coches. la casa con mil detalles de estilo y buen gusto, el aire acondicionado perfecto, los espacios para comer diversos y bien pensádos la amplitud de los dormitorios y cocina... en fin una casa de vacaciones realmente muy buena.
