Casa in Ontinyent with views of Mariola and valley

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. A fully renovated three-story townhouse, an old medieval tower in the walled enclosure of Cocentaina, located near the Palacio Condal and other important points of interest.
