MAIN HOUSE IS NOT TO BE DISTURBED. This is a converted shed that is detached from the main house. It is a tiny house of 144 sq. feet. It has a built-in twin bed and a loveseat that converts into a twin bed. True tiny space of 144 sq ft. Full bath/closet. Suggestion: if 2 are staying here make sure you like each other A LOT. Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). Enjoy a serene setting that tucks you among the trees and makes you feel like you are staying in your own treehouse. The cabin features a custom kitchen, one bathroom, a queen bed in the loft, a pullout sofa on the primary floor, and your very own outdoor bathtub looking in to the valley below.

Cozy Camper Near Downtown Off Razorback Greenway

Cozy camper sleeps 4 adults with one queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. The camper sits in our driveway with full AC/heat and water. We are minutes from the downtown Bentonville square. The Razorback Greenway is right behind our house, and 15 minutes from the Back 40 trails. Bikes can safely be stored in the garage. Other local amenities less than 10 minutes away include the 8th Street Market, AMP, Crystal Bridges, and the Pinnacle Mall.
