You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. The studio on Central is a five minute walk to the Bentonville Square on stately tree lined Central Ave. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is about a 15 minute walk. Weekends always bring activities to the Square with Farmer's Market in the spring, summer and fall along with many events. We're also close to the Ozark Greenway Trail system which runs from Bentonville/Bella Vista to Fayetteville. Bicycles and walking are the best way of getting around.

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals.
