Lembras is 5 km from Bergerac Its geographical location allows the discovery of many tourist sites. In the village, pizzeria and bread depot (open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.). At the entrance to Bergerac, a supermarket (4.5 km) and a pharmacy (3 km). 5 min drive to Lake Pombonne: supervised swimming (free access) and hiking trails.

This 60 m2 apartment, completely renovated in August 2022, is located in the heart of old Bergerac, close to the port. Exposed beams and briquette fireplaces combine the charm of the building with the modernity of the home. Its location makes it a perfect base for exploring the city. All shops, restaurants, museums are within walking distance.

Independent studio with garden

15 minutes walk to the train station and the center. The studio is on the ground floor of our house with a separate entrance. Double bed + sofa bed. Parking is on the sidewalk (unless otherwise indicated, if we are not there). Duvets, blankets, pillows provided. Extra linens and towels at €3 per person. We have a cat expert in the art of embedding... usually cute but sticky;-) Great barbecue available, as pictured ^^

Our "Le Parc" flat is located in the "Villa du Parc" residence, which has secure access. There is a pedestrian entrance and a secure car park entrance that can be opened using a badge. The dedicated parking space is covered and numbered. The flat comprises an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a fitted kitchen, a large comfortable corner sofa and a convivial dining area, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom.
