Vous apprécieriez notre Cabane pour sa belle vue sur les forets et les prés et son intérieur tout confort et très accueillant ! La Cabane est climatisée et chauffée. Une vaste terrasse très agréable sur laquelle vous pourrez prendre votre apéritif & petit déjeuner, tout en contemplant la nature (milans, chevreuils, écureuils).

Welcome to our former 19th century farmhouse ideally located overlooking the village of Saint Avit Senieur with its UNESCO World Heritage abbey. The gîte is equipped with a hot tub, a games room (table football, table tennis and billiards), 8 bicycles, and for babies: a cot with side rails, a high chair, a changing mat, a baby bath, a sandpit, a swing, and a bicycle with a baby carrier. Le Bureau is a stone cottage for 2 people, consisting of a living room (view of the water) with equipped kitchen, a bedroom (1 bed 140), a bathroom with toilet and a balcony equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

We ask tenants to feed our cats and chickens that stay outside. We are 15 min from St Emilion, 35 min from Bordeaux, 18 min from Libourne and 2 min from Branne where you will find all amenities.
