Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

Living in nature and with nature. Our apartment under the roof is more than 90 square meters, is bright, friendly & equipped to a high standard. We live on the lower floor. The view through the huge windows of the lake and the forest is particularly special. We are well equipped for families and look forward to children (ask us directly for the child discount). Compatible dogs are also welcome! Our hobbies are mountain biking and horseback riding - on request we can take you with us!

The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.

The more than 100-year-old former "maids' house" on the estate of the Villa Cesarine castle has been renovated in recent years and now shines in new splendor. With views of the forest and the historic Himbächel Viaduct, you can enjoy a special stay here. Beautiful Art Nouveau furnishings and lovingly selected antique individual elements in the bathroom and living area will take you back to bygone times.

At the Camping Resort Rülzheim, a safari ROOF TENT VILLAGE awaits you amidst large, green flowering banana plants and with a direct view of a beautiful lake! The apartment is located on the 13th floor and is easily accessible. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment! Pets are prohibited! Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment!

Located directly on a lake, a small cottage with one bedroom and two additional sleeping options for up to four people. The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen and a toilet which is open during the summer time (for the winter we have a chemical toilet). The property is completely fenced and therefore only for you.
