Monthly Rentals in Berkey

Me and my family enjoyed our stay, very peaceful location, really nice yard enjoyed our Easter egg hunt and Kodi responds in a good timely manner! Will be booking again in future

(PLEASE READ IT ALL) This is the first AirBnB me and my gf have ever stayed in, so we learned a lot from this that may be obvious to others, when we first got there we didn’t realize that we did not have the whole property to ourselves and because of that, we attempted to enter the part of the house that (I assume it was Lisa) was currently using! We got there late so we scared Lisa and it also scared us… sorry Lisa!! I’ll admit that at first I was disappointed/uncomfortable with the fact that we didn’t have the whole property and that our section was connected to the main house not by a door thankfully but by a wall and was afraid that if we even talked too loud, Lisa would be able to hear, but after getting settled, we ended up loving the set up and realized we have more privacy than initially thought! Lisa not once made her presence known and I appreciated that, there was one time when me and my gf saw her leave early morning and we jokingly waved and Lisa waved back, that was funny

We are so lucky to have stayed here. It's beautiful inside and out while still feeling like home. And what a gracious host. She even let the kids gather the eggs and keep them. This was a fantastic experience.

Hard to build on perfect, so suffice it to say.... I NEEDED THIS PERFECT TIME AWAY FROM HOME @ THE FLAT!!!! My friend & I thoroughly enjoyed our two days immensely!!! Appreciate you Paul & Sharon. This is a really a nice gem. I'll be back when in area and in need of a getaway!!!
