Designer Appartement at the new luxury residence. Very central location in a quiet save street, next to Spree river, all museums, Berlin Cathedral, Gendarmenmarkt and all historic sights. Berlin city wall from 13th Century and Kloster church are just next to the building, this is the oldest and the most historical part of Berlin. It's across from ministry of internal affairs (24hours police surveillance), Kloster Straße U-Bahn is outside of the building, Alexanderplatz train station 700m away.

Sunny and calm Apartment in Friedrichshain

Enjoy your stay in this sunny and calm apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain! The apartment has two rooms, a big kitchen and a small bathroom, as well as a hallway, of course. The kitchen has everything you need, including a big table, that seats 4 people. The living room has a height-adjustable desk for all your "home" office duties. I usually live here with my dog Millie, so even if I clean it as best as possible the apartment is not suitable for allergy sufferers.

Rooftop Terrace Amazing view 180 m2 near Mauerpark

Big (180 m2) modern flat on 2 levels. Big rooftop terrace (40 m2). Wonderful view. Top area. 12 minutes tram (M10) from central station. 4 Bedrooms: 3 with double bed (the double beds have a big blanket and not 2 single blankets) and 1 with 3 single beds. Big kitchen with direct access to the terrace. Note that this is the flat where we live, it's not dedicated only for renting. We cannot remove our clothes from the cupboards or all the food from the fridge.

Cozy studio with Berlin old belly arms and modern bathroom included. Wellness shower and large bathtub. The studio is in a nice quiet courtyard and yet well located. Suitable for business travelers, couples and also families with (small) children; additional pull-out bed available and extra bed for babies/toddlers possible. The modern kitchenette offers well equipped with cooking delicious dishes. Dishwasher and washer-dryer are also available.

Walking distance to the m12 and m2 trams plus multiple buses. Lidl is at the end of the street. There is a restaurant next door plus two others at the end of the street. INFO: This is a family home so they are personal belongings in the flat.
