A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

This place polarizes: one likes it a lot, the other one is disappointed. 2 big rooms are equipped with 6 (!) single beds. It´s unordinary, rough & sexy -> ideal for groups of friends to hang out. 5 min walk to circular line. PROS: 6 x single beds + smoking corner + inkl. bedlinen & towels + stable WiFi + hairdryer + basic cooking facilities + circular line near the house + check in at night possible CONTRAS: dirty & badly maintained ghetto house - LOUD (street noise) - no parking - expensive

Modern vacation home with large terrace and garden on the back of our property, north/east. Berlin outskirts. A bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered armchairs, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S-Bahn S7 and bus can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and with both you can drive in 35 minutes to the city.
