The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. nice apartment in the center of a small village. it is 5 minutes from Conlie where you will find all the shops and services, the World War II museum 15 minutes from Sillé-le-Guillaume where you can go around the lake, enjoy the beach (supervised), pedal boats, windsurfing, discover the Sillé forest by marked hiking trails etc.... 25 min from the center of Le Mans (24-hour circuit, museum...) very nice village to see and much more...
