Shops 5 minutes away. You can go for a walk along the banks of the Sèvre and in the Chizé forest. Niort Golf Course 15 minutes away. Access to the heated swimming pool shared with us from early May to late September.

Charming apartment with exposed beams and stones of 65 m2 with outdoor space, in the heart of a pretty Charentais village located between land and sea. 35 minutes from Châtelaillon Plage, 45 minutes from La Rochelle, 30 minutes from Saintes and 35 minutes from Rochefort. Note for people with limited mobility that access to the apartment is via a slightly steep staircase. This apartment is located on our property but independent of our house with its entrance and private garden area.
