Our stay at Janine's was wonderful. The house is large, well airy, with full kitchen, and arrangement of ideal rooms for families. We love that even sun umbrellas and beach chairs were available for use. In an isolated case we need to consult Janine, the answer was in a few minutes. Janine also has a support network if necessary. All of this is provided after the final confirmation of the reservation, very well detailed. I recommend and plan our return!

I highly recommend it to everyone! Time flexibility has helped us a lot. The site perfectly matches the listing and comfortably accommodated 7 people. We were greeted by Mr Claudio at the agreed time, who gave us great tips from the region. The location of the house is great, close to the beach and the Forte, we managed to do a lot on foot. Karin responds to everything quickly and kindly. She is an excellent host, so much so that this is the second time I've been to the house and I loved the experience again. It is a very special place, with a delightful backyard, barbecue, hammock for resting, all excellent utensils for use. Several other things like salt, sugar, cleaning products, cloths, mop, bedding, great pillows, fans, even medicine to ward off mosquitoes. Wonderful shower, the beach is my favorite place, very safe, my children are free! The water was delicious, warm, super clean. It's a paradise! Thank you Karin again for the great experience. We love it! And we'll be back!

We were there over the weekend with our family, even with the rainy weather, the house made our stay possible, even with small children. Amanda was also super nice and always responded to us in time, supporting us. We recommend the stay.

I thought it was amazing, a perfect house and condo. Edson's house is next to the pool, making it easy for you to keep an eye on my daughters. The very clean and organized space we love the barbecue in the kitchen, man that was so perfect. I highly recommend and hope to return as soon as possible.

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

Mariana was very attentive and helpful. We were in 4 adults and only had 2 beach chairs, on the same day already bought and ordered to be delivered. As in other situations. The house has a very nice and spacious outdoor area. Custo X Benefico bom and we will rent other times for sure.

The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

We love our stay in this flat! Everything was impeccable: very clean, organized, with a super comfortable space that exceeded our expectations. In the apartment it has a dryer and washing machine, which helped us a lot because it is not necessary to take many pieces (only the ones on the beach). The apartment is at a point close to a mini mall and well-known supermarkets. The price of the products does not change much in relation to my city, so we went with few things. We bought everything there. The location is excellent, with the beach nearby and easy access, which made our days even more enjoyable. The attendance at the concierge — from the moment we arrived, all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Always friendly, both on the exits and on the beach returns. When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!
