Here, the clocks tick a little slower: our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for time together with family or friends. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous cycle paths are only a few minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbour.

Welcome to our stylish holiday apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the accommodation offers modern living comfort over approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two more guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open timber-framed walls and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

The cottage is located at the end of a private road in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac and stands alone. No holiday homes close together, no through traffic – just peace, nature and privacy. There is a stork's nest in the immediate vicinity. The Elbe dyke and the Elbe cycle path are 200 m away, and two bicycles are available free of charge.

In the middle of the Lower Saxony Elbe Valley biosphere reserve, a lovingly designed tiny house awaits you, inviting you to linger with its personal touch and well thought-out details. Only a ten-minute walk from the idyllic Lake Sumter, it combines natural living with modern comfort. The bright living room has been designed with natural materials and large windows create a harmonious connection to the surrounding nature, so that you immediately feel at home.

Tiny house with sauna and meditation offer

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Romantic barn on the Elbe

Our cosy half-timbered barn welcomes you with its sturdy oak beams and large garden. However, the steep staircase is not suitable for young children or people with physical impairments. You can walk to the Elbe in the nature reserve in 5 minutes and to the city centre, with its shops and restaurants, in 2 minutes. On the Elbe Cycle Route, you can spot storks and white-tailed eagles, or simply enjoy the sunset while gazing at the walnut tree.

Romantic retreat - idyll on the Elbe

The former bakery was extensively renovated in accordance with the Far Eastern harmony theory of Feng Shui and the use of high-quality natural materials (clay, wood). It impresses with its carpentry, for example the unique solid wood kitchen with Miele appliances. It is an accommodation for people who appreciate something special and who are looking for their peers in terms of individuality and attention to detail.

Our beautiful wooden tiny house is just on the Elbe river with unobstructed views of nature. The 35 sqm, modern living area and the large, covered terrace invite you to linger comfortably - no matter the weather. The surroundings have many different activities available. The house is located in a small tiny house park. However, the rental is offered and carried out by us privately and on our own initiative.
