We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

House by the creek in a green setting completely remodeled with natural materials. It consists of a large living space with a log stove, grouping a living room, dining room and office area, all open to an equipped kitchen. You will also find a bedroom with 1 bed 2 people and a mezzanine with 2 beds 1 person. A sofa can be folded out to provide another bed for 2 people. The toilet is dry and separated from the bathroom.

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

In Saint Liguaire, a quiet area of Niort, close to the MAIF and MACIF Mutuals, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, I rent an apartment located in the lower part of my house. Bus no. 6, free, passes in front of the house. The house has a large garden, a courtyard. The entrance is independent, and can be done independently as soon as you arrive, even late (key box).
