A very nice proactive man, responds quickly, reliably to us easily. The apartment was as described, clean, nicely decorated and we felt comfortable. The next morning we had ants in the apartment, but this could also be from a backpack from us as we were climbing in the forest. Otherwise the apartment was perfect for our weekend. Esther's place was cosy and well equipped for a long stay. A great location for anyone looking to explore Ticino - particularly the bouldering around Verzasca, Valle Maggia and Cresciano. Thanks Esther!
