Our 4 apartments are located 80m from the road, ground level, south side, 2 of them with furnished terrace; they are between 34sqm and 68sqm in size and all as new, complete and lovingly equipped. Of course parking, Wi-Fi free, indoor swimming pool (300m) reduced with guest card, in summer Bogenparcour free. The great big garden offers a lot of options for kids to play, a Trampolin, a swing, a mud table etc. On request we also offer a travel baby/kids essential package to let you travel freely. Our apartment house is in a quiet, yet central and most beautiful location of Lermoos. Right next to our house is the ski slope and the start of many hiking or biking trails. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area and a private bathroom. Of our 4 apartments, three have a private terrace and one apartment has a spacious balcony. Parking is available for each apartment and there is also a ski/bike storage room.
