The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Our house "TwoSquirrels" has a 50m2 apartment called „The Stash“ The apartment has one bedroom , one bathroom and a living room with an open kitchen. The great big garden offers a lot of options for kids to play, a Trampolin, a swing, a mud table etc. On request we also offer a travel baby/kids essential package to let you travel freely. Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms. In the heart of the western low mountain range lies the picturesque Götzens. My place is centrally located in a quiet location. Innsbruck is a 15-minute bus or car ride away. Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment, newly renovated in 2023, can accommodate 1 - 6 people. The large living room with additional double sofa bed has a south balcony and a wonderful view of Waxensteine and Alpspitze.
