The beautiful antique country house style immediately invites you to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside of the holidays, we can often extend the check-in/out.

The guest house was our home for several decades and has 5.5 rooms that are individually and lovingly furnished. A whole house just for you and your loved ones! The house has 2 bathrooms with shower/toilet and 1 bathroom without toilet as well as a washing facility in the double room. However, climbing stairs should not be an exclusion criterion... The vacation home is about 90 square meters and can accommodate 2-6 people, spread over 3 bedrooms. On the first floor is the modern furnished living-dining room with open kitchen, a pellet fireplace, a bedroom and the shower room. The kitchen offers all amenities with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and toaster. On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with panoramic windows and an extra sofa bed. The 2 single beds in the anteroom can be built together to form a 160 bed

This cozy apartment is located in a small idyllic farming village in the Sauerland. Surrounded by meadows and forests, you can enjoy the tranquility of country life here. The rooms in the old half-timbered house from 1789 are on two floors. On the first floor is the rustic kitchen-living room, a bedroom in the former parlor and a toilet. Upstairs is the living room, bathroom with shower and tub, as well as two more bedrooms. In front of the door is the garden with terrace.

A small half-timbered house sleeps 4 - 5 people. On the first floor are the entrance area and the kitchen, upstairs the bathroom, the bedrooms and the living room. The bedroom has a double bed, 180 cm. In addition, there is a loft bed level for two people, 140 cm above the living room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.

In the garden you can sit and barbecue in the countryside (also covered). Located on the edge of the Burgwald, on the German Fairy Tale Route, it is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling or excursions by car to e.g. Marburg (14 km), Winterberg (47 km) or Edersee (57 km).

We offer you our non-smoking house renovated in 2025 with 2 bedrooms with king size beds, a high-quality fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with fireplace & TV, a guest toilet and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The washing machine can be used if necessary. From the open conservatory you have access to the beautiful garden which invites you to relax, enjoy and have a barbecue party. We have bicycles that you can rent for free.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Westerwald time out

"Time out" is the motto here and stands for a few relaxing days in our cozy wooden hut on the edge of the Holzbach Gorge, in the "Fohlenwiese vacation village." The surroundings offer hiking trails (directly on the Westerwaldsteig) as well as swimming lakes and vast forests that can be explored by bike... For absolute relaxation, we offer an infrared heat cabin for two people.
