Wake up by the birds singing in the morning and watch the deer roaming through the forest. Shopping is available Lippborg (3 km) with supermarket, bakeries and several shops. Situated 4 km from autobahn A2 it is very easy to get here. The house offers 100 m² of living space with family room, 2 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms, dining room and a kitchen.

Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Das Haus ist Mitte der neunziger Jahre im skandinavischen Stil errichtet worden und im Jahr 2018 aufwendig renoviert worden. Das Häuschen befindet sich zentral in Bielefeld Mitte, nur 13 Gehminuten vom Rathaus und 20 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt - so bist du nah dran am Geschehen und dennoch fernab vom Stadttrubel. :)

The half-timbered house, dating back to 1819, is part of the Bökenkamp farmstead directly on the Teutoburg Forest. The house was completely gutted to a new foundation floor and completely rebuilt inside. The house has more than 80 m² of living space, on the first floor a spacious living area with kitchen, bathroom and toilet and 2 bedrooms, a study and a small bathroom in the attic.
