Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Welcome to our charming apartment on Lake Seeburg! Enjoy the proximity to the lake with gastronomy, leisure activities and children's playground. Our apartment is located between Göttingen and Duderstadt, near the Harz Mountains with many outdoor possibilities. It can accommodate up to 5 people, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace and garden. A separate entrance, free parking and barbecue facilities are also available. Perfect for a relaxing vacation!

Our renovated approx. 45 sqm basement apartment is located in a quiet detached house in Weende-Nord with parking in front of the house. The apartment is about 5 km from the centre. The city bus stops outside our door. The clinic and the university are easily accessible. A longer rental period is possible. Since we had 2x permanent tenants over several months last year, the Superhost status is currently not met due to the assessment criteria. Internet access: 100 MBits.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

We offer a cozy, furnished apartment in Waake 37136 for fitters, commuters and holiday guests. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with single bed. A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub are available for shared use. Bed sheets will be provided. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in the attic.
