"La Marina" in the heart of nature and close to the lake

Watch out for more hot tubs from January 2024! The house is located in the heart of the pine forest of the Marina de Talaris, one of the most beautiful areas of the lake, located between Lacanau-ville (3km) and Lacanau-Océan (10km). The neighborhood offers private access to the lake with small marina, beach and many trails... The sunsets are breathtaking! You will also find within the neighborhood a leisure area with: - Tennis courts, beach volleyball, pétanque (+ all necessary equipment); - A great bar-restaurant and its pleasant shaded terrace where concerts and activities are organized in the summer; - Heated and shared outdoor pool with residents/vacationers in the neighborhood; - Multi games room (billiards, foosball, pinball machines...). - Yoga class, Pilates, Tennis, Notation Access to all these amenities is included in the rental! The neighborhood is supervised by a caretaker day and night and the speed of cars is reduced for the well-being and safety of all. For lovers of bikes and walks, many bike paths from the Marina will take you according to your desires, to the lake, to the port of Lacanau, in the forest, in town, to the beaches of Lacanau-ocean or for the most intrepid to Bordeaux. The house is a 100m² step house. It consists of 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 people. BRAND NEW AUTUMN 2024 BEDDING. Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed 140x190 with sink and independent entrance to the house overlooking the terrace. Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed 160x200 with large dressing room. Bedroom 3: Bunk bed of 2 single beds + 1 double bed 160x200 Bedroom 4: 140x190 double bed with sink + independent shower. All open plan living room with super equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge+freezer, filter coffee machine, nespresso machine, blender, toaster and many other appliances), dining room and living room. A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. A second separate toilet and a second independent shower attached to one of the bedrooms. Wifi, washing machine, SmartTv (not ADSL but access to youtube, Netflix, Amazon prime etc if you have an account). Possibility to have a crib, chair and portable bathtub on request. The house is surrounded by a garden and consists of a large 70m2 covered wooden terrace facing south. You will find an outdoor kitchen with plancha, sink, barbecue and private skate ramp! Attention: Linens (bed sheets and bath towels) not provided. Just like the house, we want the neighborhood and the good understanding with the neighborhood. Most live there full time, which is why it's important to respect the calm, especially after dark. Cleaning is not included. The accommodation must be returned in the same condition as upon arrival: clean and tidy. You'll be asked for a security deposit check on the spot. Charming 3* cottage with all the comforts in a quiet area

In the Biscar 'Ose property, in Biscarrosse Bourg in the Landes, rental of the "Cocon", charming quiet little house, classified 3 * by the tourist office. Perfect for a couple, it can still accommodate 1 toddler and/or 1 infant: contact us to organize these options. We prefer to rent by the week in high season, for any other need of overnight stays (minimum 2) or weekends and public holidays, thank you to make us a request for information. Superb, comfortable house in a perfect location.

Recent house with all modern comforts, swimming pool, wifi and home automation, and located close to the lake beaches. Very well insulated house, the temperature is always very pleasant in the heart of summer. This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. A stone's throw from the lake beach, in a quiet and green setting, cozy chalet with pool and jacuzzi, refurbished. V.E. charging station on site. Poolside: sunshine all afternoon, sheltered hot tub and outdoor shower. Garden side: relaxing atmosphere, hammock, barbecue, plancha. Open room with kitchen, living room opening onto the terrace, with sofa bed (140x190). Large bedroom (bed 160x200 and bed 90x190) with open bathroom and large Italian shower.
