Close to the lake (1.5 km), Bordeaux Merignac (45 mins), Arcachon Dune du Pilat (35 mins) and 100 m from the bike path (SANGUINET/Biscarrosse) Cottage for 3 people, adjoining the main house, NOT ACROSS from the owners, and the terrace area is private as well a reserved parking space. The gîte comprises: - A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and - A mezzanine with a 90 cm bed. -Bathroom with sink, toilet, shower cubicle and storage cabinet (+ hair dryer). - A living room with 3-seater sofa, TV, and WiFi. - Equipped kitchen, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, dishes, etc. - A pantry, with fridge-freezer, microwave, and storage. - A private covered terrace not overlooked by the owner, including table and 4 chairs, as well as a swing for two, a barbecue and a relaxation area... - A parking space (closed at night) THINGS TO DO Walking, horseback riding and cycling. I present to you my little haven of tranquillity with every comfort, located at the end of a cul-de-sac 500 m from the Océanes beaches, close to a cycle path and shops, with reserved parking. On the ground floor, there is a living room that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen and a veranda overlooking a small, enclosed garden that is also fully equipped (table, sun lounger), all without overlooking neighbours, as well as a bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms with the option of a travel cot.

Local with bicycles. Well located for a pleasant family holiday. Bicycle path nearby. Mandatory cleaning fee of 60 euros to be paid at check-in.

Located on the Biscar'Ose property in Biscarrosse Bourg, 'Le Cocon' is a charming, carefully decorated little 40 m² house rated 3* by the tourist office. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a queen-size bed, a seating area, a desk, a shower room with a double shower, and a separate WC. Perfect for a couple (not really suitable for children), but it can still accommodate a baby: contact us to arrange this option. On-site wellness treatments.

This bright accommodation, in a quiet area of Biscarrosse, is on the edge of the forest, 800 m from the city center and its famous market, close to Lake Latécoère and the Hydravion and Traditions Museums with access to bike paths. Everything is there to ensure you have a peaceful stay.
