Platziert im Tor zum Murgtal sind sowohl der Schwarzwald als auch Städte wie Baden-Baden und Karlsruhe schnell zu erreichen. Historie: Erbaut wurde das Grundstück ab 1920 und war bis zu den Anfang 2000er ein kleiner Getränkemarkt. Das Tiny House wurde vor dem Umbau als Lager / Verkaufshaus genutzt.

Our cozy apartment has been rented again since June 2024 after we renovated the bathroom and kitchen. It is located in the attic of our residential building, is a total of about 50 square meters and has a large, bright room, a bathroom and a kitchen. You have your own realm above ours, which means we may meet, but you are still completely on your own. You can park your car on our property.
